Most of my work as an artist does not happen in the studio. Before I put my hand to a canvas I spend a huge amount of time in observation, interpretation and processing my experiences, thoughts and feelings. That was what I have been doing for the past 4 months, gathering information, and allowing it to crystallize into a clear picture of what the rhythm of the dance between myself and the creative process will take on this time.
